Everything you need to know about your holiday at the Gasthof zum goldenen Löwen in Nauders

The tourist tax of € 3,50 per person per day (from 15 years of age) is not included in the price and will be charged on site.
We are more than happy to accommodate your room requests; however, we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific rooms.

To cater even better for our guests' individual preferences, those staying on a half-board basis can put together their own evening menu from a specially selected range of dishes. We kindly ask our resident guests to be seated between 18:00 and 19:00. 

Check-in: Your room will be ready no later than 15:00 on the day of your arrival.

Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Both are located on the ground floor and are open daily, except Wednesdays, from 10:00 to midnight. 

Our à la carte restaurant kitchen is open from Thursday to Tuesday, from 11:30 to 13:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00, with lunchtime service extended until 13:30 on Sundays.
We recommend reserving a table and look forward to welcoming you.

We are happy to provide bathrobes and slippers on request for the duration of your stay.

We are happy to provide baby equipment such as nappy bins, baby baths, cots and other essentials.

If you need to print documents in A4 or A5 format, our reception team will be happy to help you access the printer using a special password.

The electric vehicle charging station is located in the car park and is clearly marked. Charging cables are available if required.

Enjoy our generous breakfast buffet from 07:30 to 10:00. A table will be ready for you, and our breakfast team will be happy to show you to your seat.

The garage is located on the ground floor, next to the ski entrance in the courtyard. The garage keys can be found in the key box in the corner on the right. Please remember to return them there after use.
E-bikes can also be charged in the garage.

Your four-legged companion is very welcome by prior arrangement. Please understand that pets are not permitted in the dining room or restaurant area during mealtimes.

The hotel entrance remains open until 23:00. If you return later, please remember to take your room key with you.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Gasthof zum goldenen Löwen.

We are happy to offer alternative pillows to suit your individual needs.

A car park, immediately by the hotel, is available to our guests free of charge.

Both the Postbus and ski bus stop directly outside our hotel and run according to the published timetables and notices.

The Gasthof zum goldenen Löwen is a non-smoking hotel. We therefore kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere inside the building.

Our reception is not staffed at all times. If nobody is at reception, please feel free to contact our service team at any time.

Every room has a safe. Liability in accordance with the statutory provisions of § 970 ABGB is limited to a maximum of € 430.00

Our bicycle service station is located in the garage and is equipped with a complete repair kit, pump, oil, tools and more. The key is available from reception.
You'll find the bicycle washing station by the upper entrance.

The ski depot is located directly at the cable car centre, where you can conveniently store all your equipment straight after leaving the slopes. Facilities include ski boot dryers and storage compartments for helmets and gloves. You can book a ski depot at reception for € 65.00 per week.

Our ski and boot room is located on the ground floor, with direct, level access to the ski bus stop by Habicher Bakery.

Cancellation conditions in accordance with Austrian hotel terms and conditions:

• Cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the booked holiday price
• Up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the booked holiday price
• In the last week prior to the arrival date: 90% of the booked holiday price
• For late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked holiday price

Every guest receives a complimentary Summer Card Basic from reception after check-in, along with information about the discounts and included benefits.

Please also inform us of any allergies or intolerances.

Please speak to a member of our team if you would like to use our laundry service. We'll be happy to take care of your laundry for a fee. Laundry bags are provided in your wardrobe.

If you're planning an early start, you can activate the wake-up service using the television in your room to make sure you get up on time.

As part of the daily room cleaning service, you can also request a change of linen. Simply place the appropriate card on your bed and our housekeeping team will take care of it.

The Winter Wunder Welt Nauders, located below Nauders Castle, is open daily from 15:00: Ice skating, tubing, ice-stick shooting (Alpine curling) and much more.

Please settle your hotel bill between 21:00 and 23:00 at our hotel reception the evening before your departure so that you do not have to wait long when checking out.
We accept cash, EC debit card, Mastercard or Visa credit card.

You are welcome to leave your room key in the key box next to the noticeboard during the day.
